1 oz Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Gin
1/2 oz Tenneyson Absinthe Royale
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Sumptuous Black Currant Syrup
2 Dashes Urban Moonshine Citrus Bitters
Lemon Peel Garnish
4 oz Sparkling White Wine
Rinse Fluted Stemware with Absinthe.
Stir Gin, Lemon Juice and Bitters with ice.
Strain into Fluted Stemware.
Layer Black Currant Syrup in bottom of cocktail.
Lemon Peel garnish.
