Sumptuous Syrups of Vermont

BBQ’d Cherry Paloma



2 oz. Premium Reposado Tequila (preferably Espolon)

1/2 oz. Sumptuous Tart Cherry Syrup

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

4- 5 oz. Dry Grapefruit Soda (preferably San Pelligrino Pompelmo)

5 Drops Bitter End Memphis BBQ Bitters

Optional Smoked Sea Salt rim

Smoked Jalapeno/Pablano/Tequila-infused Ranier Cherry garnish.

Prepare large highball glass with optional sea salt rim and fill with ice.

Combine in shaker, Tequila, Lime, and Sumptuous Tart Cherry Syrup with Ice.

Shake Vigorously! Strain over ice.

Fill glass with Grapefruit Soda.

Float BBQ Bitters on top.

Lime Wedge and optional infused cherry garnish.
